Concrete Driveways
Reinforced driveways designed for daily vehicle traffic, with falls that carry water away from your garage and home.
Best for: New builds, driveway replacements
From new driveways and house slabs to decorative exposed aggregate and council crossovers, AZ Concreting delivers residential and commercial concreting across Southeast Melbourne, built to last and finished to impress.
Every concrete project comes down to two decisions: what you're building and how you want it to look. At AZ Concreting, we handle both. Choose the application your property needs, such as a driveway, slab, patio or path. Then choose a finish that suits your home and budget, from practical plain concrete to premium exposed aggregate.
The same foundations on every job
Whatever the project, every job gets the same foundations: proper excavation, a compacted base, correct falls for drainage, steel reinforcement and control joints to manage cracking.

Absolutely. A popular option is an exposed aggregate driveway with plain concrete side paths, which gives you a premium look where it matters most while keeping costs down.
Concrete naturally shrinks as it cures. That's why we install control joints, which guide any cracking into straight, neat lines. A compacted base, correct reinforcement and proper curing all reduce the risk of unwanted cracks.
Most residential jobs like driveways and patios take 2 to 4 days from preparation to pour, depending on size, access and weather. Your quote will include an expected timeframe.
